Does verification guarantee a safe property transaction?

No. Verification may indicate that selected submitted information was reviewed, but it does not guarantee identity, ownership, legal status, documents, availability or payment safety. Independent checks are still required.

How do I report a suspicious listing?

Use the report option on the relevant property page or open the Report a Listing page. Include the listing URL and a clear factual explanation, but never send your password or full payment-card details.
