Step 4
Use useful photos and a factual description
Photos should represent the advertised property and should not hide material conditions through misleading edits. Lead with a clear main image and remove duplicates, watermarks you are not authorised to use and unrelated promotional graphics.
The description should explain the layout, condition, location context and important terms. Avoid guarantees about investment returns, legal status or future value unless the statement is accurate, supportable and permitted by applicable law.

Review and submit
Check the preview for inconsistent facts, spelling errors, wrong contact details and missing images. Submit the listing for publication or any moderation process shown by the platform.
A submitted listing may require changes before publication. Correct the specific issue rather than creating a duplicate version.
