Marketplace policy
Every listing should be accurate, current and useful enough to support an informed first decision.
These standards apply to property owners, agents, agencies and any other contributor who publishes a listing on AR Empires. Publication does not transfer responsibility for the listing’s truthfulness, authority, legality or ongoing availability away from the contributor.

Accurate property facts
The description and structured fields must refer to the same property and should not create a false impression.
- Use the correct property type, purpose, location, size, bedrooms, bathrooms and key features.
- Do not claim approvals, views, amenities, possession, furnishing or condition that cannot be supported.
- Avoid keyword stuffing, unrelated area names and misleading superlatives.
- Clearly identify material limitations or unusual conditions that a reasonable user should know.
Location information should be precise enough to support discovery without exposing sensitive details that should remain private before contact.

Transparent pricing and commercial terms
Pricing should reflect the actual advertised offer and should not be used only to attract clicks.
- Enter the real asking price, rent or relevant price range in the designated field.
- Do not advertise a token, placeholder or false price unless the interface clearly supports a legitimate alternative pricing method.
- State important recurring charges, instalment conditions or booking requirements when they materially affect the offer.
- Do not promise guaranteed profit, appreciation, rental yield or risk-free returns.

Authentic and useful media
Images and video should help users understand the actual property, not conceal its identity or condition.
- Use media of the listed property or clearly label renders, floor plans and representative images.
- Do not upload stolen, copyrighted, heavily misleading or unrelated images.
- Avoid contact details, promotional banners or excessive text overlays where the platform provides separate fields.
- Do not use manipulated media to hide defects, change surroundings or misrepresent scale and condition.

Current availability and status
A listing should remain live only while it represents a genuine current opportunity.
- Update the listing when the price, terms, availability or material property facts change.
- Mark a property sold, rented, unavailable or archived promptly when it is no longer active.
- Do not keep expired listings live only to collect unrelated leads.
- Respond to reasonable availability questions with current information.

No duplicate or misleading variations
Multiple versions of the same offer reduce trust and can distort search results.
- Do not publish the same property repeatedly through minor title, price or image changes.
- Do not create separate listings for the same unit unless each listing represents a genuinely different offer.
- Consolidate updates into the current listing instead of creating a fresh duplicate.
- Agencies should coordinate team listings to avoid conflicting copies of the same property.

Prohibited and harmful content
Listings must not be used for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or unrelated activity.
- No discriminatory, threatening, hateful, explicit or harassing content.
- No malware, phishing links, fake payment instructions or attempts to collect unnecessary sensitive data.
- No property that the contributor is not legally permitted to advertise.
- No unrelated products, services, recruitment offers, investment schemes or lead-selling pages disguised as listings.
Suspected fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity or safety threats may be escalated, restricted or reported where appropriate.

Review, removal and enforcement
AR Empires may act when a listing appears to breach these standards, create risk or undermine marketplace quality.
- Request clarification, additional information or corrections from the contributor.
- Limit visibility, pause, reject, archive or remove a listing.
- Restrict features or accounts associated with repeated or serious violations.
- Preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests where required.
Context matters
Moderation decisions may consider severity, evidence, user history, urgency and the risk of harm. Publication or removal is not a legal determination of ownership or liability.
Help protect listing quality
Found a listing that may breach these standards?
Report the listing with its URL, the reason for concern and any relevant evidence. A report helps initiate review but does not guarantee a particular outcome.
