One calculator, clear standards
Standard units use published conversion factors. Regional units are treated differently: the calculator asks for the relevant marla or bigha standard where the value can change by local convention. This keeps the result useful without presenting a regional assumption as a universal fact.

How AR Empires checks conversion factors
For standard international units, the calculator uses published measurement references. For regional land units, the page identifies the selected convention and links to government or land-record material where available. A calculator result should not replace the measurement written on a registered property record.

Questions about area conversion
What units can the AR Empires area converter handle?
The tool converts square meter, square feet, square yard, acre, hectare, gaj, cent, marla, kanal, bigha and murabba. Standard international units use fixed conversion factors, while regional land units show the measurement convention used for the calculation.
Why does the tool ask for a standard for marla or bigha?
Those regional units are not fixed everywhere. A marla can be marketed at different nominal square-foot sizes, and bigha varies substantially by region. The selector makes the assumption visible before the calculation is used.
Can I use these results for a legal property document?
Use the calculator for conversion and checking, but legal records should follow the unit, standard and precision used by the relevant land authority, approved plan or registered document.
How accurate is the AR Empires area converter?
The calculator uses fixed conversion factors for standard units and keeps more precision internally than it displays. Regional units such as marla and bigha need the correct local standard, so check the selected standard before using a result for a property document or transaction.
